Technical documentation

Data from the product description and technical documentation. Follow the current label for the supplied variant and confirm working conditions by a substrate trial.
Surface preparation
First test a small, inconspicuous area.
- Clean the surface thoroughly, remove cleaning residues and allow it to dry. Assess existing coatings and absorbency before applying protection.
- Carry out a compatibility trial and assess the complete result before treating a larger area.
MOKRA KOSTKA — Application method
- Spray two thin coats approximately 30 minutes apart, applying the second to the slightly dried first coat. Do not over-apply.
- Temperature +10 to +25°C; at least 6 hours without water. Full resistance after 72 hours. Do not use on uncoloured grey paving.
- After treatment, check the uniformity of the result and follow the conditions for subsequent use stated on the label.
Conditions and drying time
Temperature +10 to +25°C; at least 6 hours without water. Full resistance after 72 hours. Do not use on uncoloured grey paving.
Consumption, packs and calculations
Two coats of 50–80 ml/m² each, 0.10–0.16 l/m² in total.
Both coats are already included. The PDF specifies approximately 130 ml/m² in total.
| Pack sizes | Indicative pack coverage |
|---|---|
| 1 L | 6.25–10 m² |
| 5 L | 31.25–50 m² |
| 10 L | 62.5–100 m² |
| 20 L | 125–200 m² |
Example for 50 m²

Maintenance and limitations
Usually 3–4 years, up to 5 years under favourable conditions; inspect heavily used areas sooner.
- Do not assume suitability for naturally grey, uncoloured concrete or any type of stone. It is not paint and does not replace worn-away pigment. Assess protection on a clean surface and adapt renewal to service conditions.
Storage and safety
- 3 years from the production date. Store locked away in tightly closed original packaging, in a cool, well-ventilated place. Keep away from ignition sources and children. Follow the label’s temperature range.
Read the current label and safety data sheet before use. Wear the required personal protective equipment. Do not mix with other products.

Planning your project with MOKRA KOSTKA
Start by identifying the material, its finish and the result you want to achieve. The product information above sets out the intended use of MOKRA KOSTKA. Check these details against your own surface before deciding on the treatment. A product intended for one material should not be assumed suitable for a different substrate simply because the two look similar.
Measure the area and inspect its condition before ordering. Existing coatings, dirt, uneven absorbency and previous treatments can affect preparation and application. Use a small, representative trial area to check compatibility, appearance and actual consumption. For a large project, compare several locations rather than relying on a single unusually smooth or sheltered patch.
Keep a record of the quantity used during the trial and the area treated. Where a consumption range is provided, use it as a planning guide and confirm it under the actual site conditions. Follow the stated application sequence; do not multiply a complete-treatment consumption figure by the number of coats unless the instructions explicitly require it.
Before applying MOKRA KOSTKA, read the current product label and the linked technical documentation. Keep adjacent materials protected and arrange the work around the required weather and drying conditions. Inspect the result after the specified curing or drying period and plan routine maintenance according to the product’s limitations.
